The Renter Membership Program provides individuals and families the opportunity to experience Eagle Creek's award-winning amenities, facilities and everyday life in Southwest Florida. Following your selection of either a Social or Golf Rental Membership, Eagle Creek's Rental Membership Program requires completion and approval of Eagle Creek Community Association Lease Application, Club Rental Application, a copy of driver's license, and $100 Non-Refundable Application Fee. *Due to the April 2021 Greens Repair Project, Golf Rental Memberships will be unavailable from April 2021 - November 2021*
**Eagle Creek Social Members: Please keep in mind, if a Social Equity Member would like to rent to someone selecting a Golf Rental Plan,
a $600 + Tax per month conversion fee is automatically billed to the member of record.
As a general suggestion, this fee could be added to your lease agreement.**
